Any help/tips?

My daughter has reflux and we found out today at a newborn photo shoot that she really likes to be swaddled.

I've seen the gro swaddle but not sure how to use it (other than actually wrapping it). I'm guessing there's no need for extra blankets etc? Would she go in her Moses basket just like that? Do you use it just at night or whenever she sleeps?

Any tips would be great!!! Xxx

We used the swaddle up when LO was newborn as she liked to be swaddled. It made a huge difference. She just wore it at night with no blankets but she was born in march so you may need blankets as well.

^^

Bought this after Katherine's recommendation & it helped massively for us with his startle reflex! It was summer so we just layered lightly but it's not think so would probably need a Celluar blanket over this

Have u thought about a baby carrier? Work a treat with reflux

I swaddle the old fashioned way like before all the fancy things came out lol. I've also got a 19 year old so do it the same way. I use a stretchy blanket and cross one arm over his chest then cover with blanket then cross his other arm and wrap the blanket around. He likes it nice and tight and won't sleep at night till I wrap him. He even puts his arms up now to do it lol. Depending on how cold I sometimes use another blanket xxx
