It's a few weeks till I can claim it but when u claim do u have to send any evidence of benefits etc with it like tax Cred award notice?
I'm askin cos tax Cred never sent me the award notice so if I'm gonna need it I need to get on to them now xx

I sent mine off without any proof of benefit, it wasnt specifically asked for, and they ask for you rnational insurance number though so I guess they can check themselves!
 
I have to say it was the most simple government form i have ever come across.
Your GP or MW sign there bit, then just a few details like your address, national insurance number and then send it off. I had the money in the bank within a week of popping it in the post.
