Superstitions?

Was just wondering if anyone had an old wives tales to share etc, I heard one that if you were tired you would have a girl and if you were sick you had a boy that means I must be having twins!!!

well i was sick with my first to and have a boy and a girl havent been sick at all this time so good knows what it is lol, ppl said to me last time i was carrying more weight on my back then i did the first time so they were sure it was a girl she was but dunno if it was anything to do with my love handles lol
