Suddenly it all feels so real!

For the last few months its been a case of yes Im pregnant, but with no real conviction if that makes any sense!

Since the beginning of last week everything changed, baby started moving constantly, and even had one external kick (cant wait for some more). My bump suddenly grew, so there is now no mistaking I am pregnant, and then I had my 21 week scan which just made me realise just how pregnant I am - and finding out we are having a boy, and that everything looked good at the scan was just such wonderful news, and all of a sudden everything feels so real and I just cant stop smiling!!

Im just so excited about becoming a mummy, but also so impatient as I have another 4 months to wait until I get to meet
our LO, and it seems so far away! Im now looking forward to having some time to get everything ready before he arrives early next year!

Anyone else suddenly feel different????

You lucky thing!!

I'm still waiting for that moment. I've definitely started to feel more pregnant and happy, but i'm now worried i may have an incompetent cervix and have a meeting with the hospital today to find out if i'll need a stitch, so i guess i'm sort of putting off those feelings of excitement and attachment until i feel confident the pregnancy will be a healthy one. I just can;t wait to get into double figures and feel my baby and then can go mad buying things and getting excited!!!!!

I got a doppler last week and that has helped. Hearing a little heart beat really does bring it home..

Yeah I started feeling the same since we found out we are having a boy and I started feeling lots of movements. It's so great to be pregnant.. I also can't wait to meet our little man.

This one was such a shock it took ages for it to sink in and to be honest until I had the 12 week scan and saw bubs I was convinced I had made a mistake and the tests were wrong and my periods had just mysteriously stopped lol. I have accepted it is happening now but it hasn't really sunk in yet

Im the same as Mik, i know im pregnant but feel oblivious to the fact. We havent told anyone yet and have decided to be in team green, last time we found out Taylor was a boy everything was planned from there. Ive just bought a doppler to drive myself insane!
