I just went into the CO-OP, bearing in mind i have clothes on that fit me from before i was pregnant and i have only gone up from 12-14 to a 14-16, and the woman behind the counter said "ooo you can't have long left now" I have a bump on me but it is no where near the size that most women get b4 they pop! My friend is due in 2 weeks and she is double the size! I just looked at her and went "no actually, i have 4 months to go" hahah her face was so funny. I was going to tell her that actually i wasnt expecting and it was just a fat belly :rotfl: but i dont think i could keep a straight face. I knew these comments would happen but i thought it would be a couple of months yet!

Its either that or " ooo you sure its just one?"

Arrgghhh shurrup!!! :wall:

i get the same and im only 18 weeks and i don't think im that big

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!

My nans on the phone to my mum, saying "oooo I just bumped into Donna friend, and she said Donna is HUGE!! Maybe its triplets"

FFS bit extreme!! :wall:

If I was small it would be "oooo shes too small", I give up!!

I know its mean but i actually did that to someone when i worked in Argos- i was a week off my maternity leave so i was about 37 weeks and i was just fed up with the constant comments "ooh you look fit to drop" "not long now love" etc...
so when a woman piped up with "oooh when you due darling" for the 10th time that day..i said "oh i'm not pregnant i have a weight problem" she looked really shocked and started fumbling for an apology so i started laughing and said not really i'm due in 4 weeks..(i felt a bit too mean and it was obvious i was pregnant i was still skinny everywhere but my bump-lol)

I know the comments get really annoying and some can be insulting like "oh your small/big for your dates.."
or "ooh you are huge" yeah cheers for that i just needed a dimwit like you to come and point that out because i had no idea!! just laugh them off...you'll forget about all that when you have a baby and then you get this instead

"oh isnt SHE pretty!".."er actually HE is a boy" LOL... :rotfl: :rotfl:

I used to get that with my son all the time!! :wall: I wouldnt mind but he would be sat there in say his blue dungerees and blue t-shirt and looking very boyish in his face and I always got "her" or "she" I was like HE is a BOY!! I felt like taking him out naked so then there would be no mistake lmao! :rotfl:

I wound my cousin up at a family funeral. She asked me when I was due and I said "when is what due?" :rotfl: . She went all red and started going "Oh, I overheard everyone else asking how you were so assumed, you don't look pregnant". I put her out her misery and told her I was pregnant.

No one even noticed I was until about 6 months, just looked like I had a beer gut :( .

Not many people have asked me but I'm a fat chick anyways so think they frightened to ask in case I'm not pregnant at all!!

When I used to live in London I used to stand on the bus/tube and put my hands on my back/hips..... was never pregnant but usually ALWAYS got me a seat so it's all good :rotfl:
