Every time she hears the gate (before anyone thinks of knocking) she bursts into the most fierce barking sessions and gives baby huge frights!

Awww! I've startled my LO once before, I thought it was funny but cute at the same time! Walked into the toilets at work, and the fan makes a horrible noise when first turned on in a morning. Baby jumped as soon as it started

The noises they hear now will help them get used to em for when they're born so its not all bad! My dog barks every time someone knocks or he hears someone outside. It usually gets on my nerves but i'd rather LO get used to em so there's not too many dramas when shes born :)

There's that video on YouTube where a husky is stopping baby from crying by howling! Love it - but would not be fun being caught between a screming baby and a howling dog, LOL!

I saw a dog like yours in a park the other day and thought of you!

Awwww, sweet! I've never seen another Japanese Spitz anywhere in the world so far.

Note to self: try Japan, LOL!

My dog does that and wakes LO up every time. Which is not good when he's only just drifted off and refuses to go back to sleep :wall2:

my dogs a barker. but still isnt used to the new door bell sound (which is good) but he dose shut up when i tell him. he dose a funny howl thing like hes trying to talk to u. sooo cute

lololol when my lot start a group howl (all 9 of them including the collies!!!) my LO goes mental!!! Hopefully she'll enjoy the daily chorus when she's out!!

BTW there are a couple of Spitz being shown locally!!!

Oooh, where? We went to the Dog Show this year hoping Darce might find a friend, but no luck!

Awwww!
As much as my OH shouts and screams at video games, it's always just ME that scares Grace
If I break wind she usually jumps, and whenever I'm washing the dishes and the plates hit each other she jumps. I feel like an awful mother! xxx

My dog always barks at door and other things! My friends little girl doesn't even flinch when her dog barks so they must get used it xx

I feel for you hubbys dog dont bark at the door but she whines at me constantly

(is it wrong to say i actually hate this dog!) I actually wish she did bark on occasion just to warn strangers off! Useless article lol xx

my dog does the same but I tend to let it go now. Baby will have to get used to it. Plus Ozzy is just protecting us.

You know it's reassuring to know that other peoples dogs are as crazy as our 2 lol....

Ours bark all the time when someone walks by or knocks on the door!!

Aaaaargh, and she just scratched my bump in the process of being a brat and trying to get attention! She is in disgrace.

Ah, but one can't tell a cat what to do and expect them to do it, LOL!

I taught my cat a few basics when she was a kitten, she knows no, off, down. And wanna go out, and bikies.

She has been trying to get into the moses basket but after a few firm words with her, she jumps down everytime I say 'NO!' now :D Very proud. Hope she continues being a good girl.. she's currently clawing/biting my fingers as I'm typing though

I was in the bath last night and she likes to sit on the side, but last night she fell off the side and made a big thud on the floor and it scared Grace  xxx
