stuffy nose

ive had it for ages! and i dont know how to clear it ive tried everything i can think of!

and otherhalf keeps moaning cause im snoring

dont tell me about a stuffy nose lol, in the past week ive had a stomach bug, stuffy nose, stuffy chest, sore throat, wisdom teeth coming through, headaches and i think i got an ear infection coming... i cant cope no more!!!

The chemist told me the only thing i can have is menthol crystals (which are good) or vicks or something I NEED SOMETHING STRONGER!

Are you taking pre natal vits too? they have helped me a bit since i started taking them!

its just a multi vitamin designed for pregnancy, i only started taking em 3 days ago, but it says its ok to start at any stage during pregnancy, and you can take them during breast feeding too.

they made me feel a little bit better anyways, if they dont make u feel better it still adds to your vitamin intake i bought the santanogen pro-natal vitamins, they are about £5 for 30 pills, pretty expensive for vitamins i know and they are the size of bullets lol!

yeah my brother in law told me sex helps, but OH wont do it he's scared incase he catches it cuz he doesnt want to take time off his new job lol! i'm frustrated
