...this monrning and I ended up totally losing my rag with her. Over something so stupid that I won't even bother telling you guys. she is just so challenging at the moment, but I will deal with that later. At the moment though I am a bit worried as been having cramps this morning, maybe I am being over paranoid but do you think this kind of thing can bring on a m/c? So sorry for being over the top and paranoid

Stress can, just relax and have a lay down. Cramps are common though this early in pregnancy as its just the body accomodating the new baby and the womb stretching out.

At 13 i remeber being a handful so maybe sit down and ask her whats the matter, though at 13 its bound to be a lot!

Thanks honey, it's just one of those normal morning madness moments in my house these days! Everything gets her dow, her hair not looking perfect, a spot, and she accuses me of losing all her stuff, she is just at that funny age I guess. I feel ok probably just over worrying about things.

Teenagers full stop are hard work!, I was vile sometimes.

Please do not worry about the cramps, they are very common at that stage of pregnancy, I even get them now.

As for stress causing miscarriage not likely but it has done I think but other problems contributed to it, everyone gets stressed.
In an ideal world we would be all chilled out hippies and love thy neighbour and all that crap but it just isnt that way.

Obviously its better for your state of mind and for your body not to be stressed, stress causes so many problems with your body its not good for you, so when you feel you are try your best to count to 10 and sit and relax (easier said than done!)

Thanks Tasha, I am now beginning to realise this. I am going to learn to chill out because half of the problem is me I am such a stress head anyway, which doesn't go well with a teenage daughter. BTW she started her af on friday and my oh said 'oh great, double the hormones now you're preggers' :rotfl: I feel sorry for him.

 Oh dear a house full of hormones poor man

Im a stress head too, OH is always saying I am, im just very hormonal!

I can imagine it will be the same with me and Olivia when shes older, we clash already sometimes

It is hard to relax, I find it a real problem. But I find if someone has Oli or if I have a few hours to myself to wonder around town etc then it really helps.

I'm pretty sure as a teenager there was something to get mad about every day - spots, fashion, not looking like your friends, boys etc.

Over xmas my OH and I have to tell his 10yr old daughter that I'm pregnant. She's always going on about screaming babies etc so I'm not sure she'll be very enthusiastic about a new half-brother/sister. Plus we've got to tell her that we won't be going to Disney Orlando next Xmas as planned...I'm expecting a tantrum at that bomb shell. We will be going to Disney Paris instead but not sure it compares!

Good luck with that! Seriously though, sometimes they can surprise you and be understanding about these things, I know I am moaning about my daughter but she is good on the whole really and does have a very sweet and caring side to her. Best of luck with telling his daughter, I'm sure it will be fine for you though

Ooooooh teenage years... not looking forward to that one though my 9 year old daughter has been practicising for the past year or so...

Her hormones will be driving her over the edge at the mo, seeing as it will be her first dose if AF started on Friday... not a fun combo with pregnancy hormones. I do feel sorry for your OH. Can you imagine how much fun it was for my dad, living in a house with my mum and my sister and me....

So glad I have a while before the teenage tantrums start  I know its hard hun but try to relax as much as you can and dont worry about cramping, its normal
