Stressed and Confused

Hi ladies,

Please help I am getting all confused.

I have been tracking my ovulation and I thought I had it sussed but now I’m not sure. I have a 26 day cycle and I thought I ovulated on CD12 and I had been working to that.

Last cycle I started using OPK’s and I got my peak on CD10 I also only had a peak for one day then a negative the following day. My peak this cycle was the same, therefore yesterday I have also had a negative today. This month I also had a lot of pain for a couple of hours, this was last night.

This is where my confusion comes in – because of the peak and the pain have I now ovulated or am I still waiting too ovulate.

I think I may have missed my chance this month also DH and I have had a massive argument so no for me.

This sucks so much as it means another month goes by.

Please help.

The OPKs go positive 12-36hrs before ov acutally happens, that's why i find it more useful than temps (which go up after the event!), so your sticks and the pains sound perfectly timed. The egg is supposed to last 12-24hrs, so you might just catch it if you and DH can make up tonight... If you've BD in the past few days though you might also be in with a shot.

Definitely agree with Jayjay that it calls for the sexy undies, men are rather easily distracted from arguments. Just pull a monica on him!!
(Monica managed to get Chandler to BD both when they'd had an argument and when she had a cold!! Just rub some vaporub on your chest and you're golden )
