strange boobs question (sorry if tmi)

Ok, so this is a weird question, and sorry if TMI....but as soon as i got pregnant (liturally within the first 4/5 weeks) my boobs had doubled in size, but still remained normal.
But i woke up this morning and the underneath part of my areolas have gone really hard and swolen looking (not the sides or the middle though) at first i was REALLY worried as it looked kinda yellowish under the skin and only saw it on one boob....but when i got in the shower i noticed it on the other too, so it made me think perhaps its to do with preparing for the baby or something as it was both of them.

I havnt been sleeping in my bra, but was wearing a underwired maternity bra durin the day yesterday.
Has anyone else had this? Im SO freaked out!

Urgh,

I got this too, about 2 weeks ago, unfortunatley I did not get any bigger grow little boobies grow ! But my nips have been killing and look huge and like they are spreading out, it started out like you describe, then they got darker and spread by about 2mm all round.....

Yay - oh the joy of pregnancy boobies!!

If you're worried I would ask your MW at your next appointment but I would say it's your boobies getting ready for breastfeeding so dont be too shocked if you see a little colostrum leaking over the next few weeks too !! (lovely advice from my MW!)

I hope it goes away...so weired.....i think ill get midwife to check as the swelling really looks like it could be some kind of infection (although unlikely, ive done nothing different recently and its in both breasts.) Its actually lighter in colour than the rest of my areola.

UGH, the joys of pregnancy are not so joyfull huh!

I've not really had any difference in my boob size and shape....thank goodness, I'm already a 36 FF

The only problem I'm having is when I get a bit chilly at night my aerola's goes all hard and wrinkly (so sexy! ) and my nips stick out and they burn like someone has got clamps on them and putting a million volts through them. I try and make my clothes levitate over the top of them because they hurt so much, I can't even touch them. The other night they hurt that much I was almost crying!!!

Once I warm up again and they soften they stop hurting....it's only when they go hard that they're painful.

Not sure about the yellow colour you described but my aerola have got biggerf and darker and my nipples are quite sensitve, i've also noticed that now when i get up i have a tiny wet patch on my nightie, but only from one boob lol! They've definately got bigger but mine feel "fuller" and nice, i just hope they dont deflate in a saggy way after lol
