Stomach pains??

Fir three nights now I've gad stomach ache, but I don't feel like I need to goto the toilet? Could it be growing pains? Phoned the midwife yesterday morning and she told me it didn't sound pregnancy related but it's worrying me now .....

I still get these now hun, think it could be anything, baby growing, baby moving down etc... If it really hurts always call midwife though, better to he safe and reassure yourself xxx

I think it's probably baby moving about too. If you're still worried I'd call again x
