Stitches & stinging

When giving birth to Noah 3 weeks ago, I had a 2nd degree tear. The midwife stitched me up and that was that. A few days later my stitches were looked at and I was told that they'd began coming apart so they would give me antibiotics for infection just in case. I took those for the recommended 5 days and the stinging when I passed urine stopped and the pain stopped too.
But over the past few days the stinging has started coming back. I've had a little look at myself in the mirror and I'm not really sure what I'm meant to be looking for, but I think I can see a stitch, and there were blood near it (but my bleeding has completely stopped now and everytime I wipe myself I never get blood anymore ).
They haven't been checked for over 2 weeks now, so I'm wondering if I need to mention it to MW to get her to look at it just in case something's happening again, or if this is normal?

I had pain in my stitches on and off for almost 4 months hunni. It could just be normal but would definitely be worth checking just incase. I did get an infection a couple of weeks after delivery unfortunately and the pain was unbearable, I was in tears every time I moved. Hope everything is ok xx
