Stitches have come out after episotomy and 2nd degree tear

really want to try the salt baths but scared now as its so raw in case it hurts!

Be careful with the salt bath! I had one a week after I had Aimee on the advise of my gran who said it would do wonders, I had to get Ewan to lift me out the bath as it hurt so much! I would reccommend Savlon! A cap of antispetic liquid in your bath, just sit for about 10 minutes and then get out. It didn't hurt at all and found it helped with the healing. I had an episiotomy as I had a forceps delivery. I was lucky as my stitches were fine but I just wanted to leave a comment about the salt bath!

TMI i know, but also i've noticed my front bum (clitoris-sp?) is very sensitive since i had LO,did anyone else notice this?
(this is not in a nice way either it feels really sensitive like a nerve sort of pain IYKWIM?)

yes i had that, was uncomfortable no matter what i did it felt really exposed.
