stinking headache that just wont go!!

This is a pointless thread but I feel so sorry for myself I need to whinge somewhere. I have had this stinking headache all last night, I think I must have had only 3 hours sleep. Absolutely terrible! It is a nasty one that feels like my head is being squeezed and my eyes hurt. Paracaetamol just haven't touched it either. I'm sitting glugging water incase it is dehydration. Any other tips to get rid of it?

We used to massage the temples at the sides of he head with a little bit of pressure in circle motions and then push back towards the back of ur head. Repeat a good 5 times or so! This used to help me with headaches lol no idea why prob no medical reason and prob al in my mind but helps me when I gt them! X

Thanks I will give that a go! I really hate headaches they get me down. And this one has left me with so little sleep too! Horrible!
