Jack is 7 weeks old today where has the time gone

I was wondering how other mummies tried to stimulate their babies at this time, i worry that I don't do enough with him. I sit and talk with him and I try to get him interested in the lights on his bouncer (mothercare rainforest one) but the only thing that keeps him interested is watching tv or staring at the banisters on the staircase

what type of things should i be doing at this age?
