With night time nausea and sickness.

Nothing is helping. I've tried everything. Come 6pm I'm done! Got mw on Friday hoping she will be able to give me something or some good ideas!

The only thing that worked for me first time was travel bands and sipping water. This time, I'm 8 weeks and my nausea seems to have gone! I'm finding myself wishing it would return! Hope your mw can help.

Ask your midwife or gp for some .medication. it can be safe in first trimester.
