What can i expect?


Consultant has been talking about giving me steroids for babys lungs, having scan friday and then the decisions being made.

Do they inject it? im soo nervous

i had 4 over 48 hours in my bum by injection, honestly they sting aalot but not for long

I had two doses 12 hours apart, the first lot was a load of little pills, the second was an injection into my thigh. It is usually just a precaution, and it does good things for the baby, and you should be fine.

i had one injection in my thigh but they take 12 hours to take affect and emma was delivered 4 hours after that, did sting a bit but was soon forgotten good luck

had them for a week - they make your bum ache but it soon passes

I had my second dose today, can honestly say i didnt feel the needle go in (top of my bum).

So im back in on monday to discuss what's happening next.

if you had it, it's like the contraceptive injection, that dull ache you get from that, thats all
