Starting to get organised

wow well done hun, but like Taffy, sorry i scared you into action  xx

Ha ha! It's a good thing actually. Made me get my act together. Still have so much to do to get the house ready but that's out of my control a bit now I'm getting so huge. Thought I might as well get on with what I can!!

i'm same with the house, luckily OH has booked the week after next off so he said we will sort it out together and get it all in order then which makes me feel better :) xx

It's all going on in my house at the minute. Got a cupboard being built in baby's room this week, the week after we are having baby's room and hall, stairs and landing decorated then the week after that we are having them both re-carpeted!! Then we have to go buy baby furniture cos at the minute I have nowhere to put it. Then I might finally be able to put clothes away and get organised. Talk about leaving everything until the last minute.

haha you deffo got a busy few weeks ahead, i WAS going to decorate the nursery but seen as though LO is going to be in with us for a few months i think i'll leave it until she's here, unless OH fancies doing it in his week off but tbh he's not the best painter and decorator in the world, its usually me that does all the painting and i dont really fancy step ladder climbing at over 7 months preggo

xx

Don't know if it has been mentioned already and I missed it but I would suggest taking nipple cream x

I had four bags worth of stuff and your lucky if I used a few things! Best check with your hospital about what they supply and what the dont! I have to say my flannel (which oh kept soaking in cold water for me!) and a bottle of water with like a sports drinking cap was amazing! I went to the hospital in pj's because it was 3am and I was in agony! And I came home on PJ's and LO had a sleepsuit on! Which made me grudge the stupid amount I spent on an outfit for her (although it fits now and looks adorable in it lol!). Just make sure you do have something cosy to wear for after u have given birth - I swear I went from sweating like a mad man to chittering the minute she left my body! Lol xxx
