Started my parent craft classes today :-)

Pointless thread but I'm buzzing!! Just had the first of my 6 parent craft classes today. Big group, already know a couple of girls, it's gonna be fun!!
Today we covered labour - signs you're in labour, how baby does it and touched on positions etc. Also a 10 min relaxation cd and a cup of tea. Great fun!

I have a parentcraft class booked for 5th may, it will be my first one but im not sure what to expect!
As far as I know it's just the one lasting 4 hours? x
