Starflower oil??

Hey i am CD1 today after a 129 day cycle (PCOS) Started starflower oil 2 weeks ago but just wondering am i supposed to take it for the whole cycle or just until ovulation? Ive tried Agnus Castus and it did absolutley nothing for me!!

Hi hun, I don't know much about it but would like some info also as I have also tried AC (still taking it) but not sure it has done anything as on CD 91 now (suspected PCOS also)
FX it might be a life saver! xxx

Well i started taking it 2 weeks ago and af arrived today. not sure if it is linked with taking the starflower tho. AC really didnt work for me at all so stopped taking that a while ago. i had a 145 day cycle before this and now 129. I hope the next one will be shorter!!!

Have you had any tests yet for PCOS? I was diagnosed on the 22nd August with it and am now waiting for my appointment with the gyno!!

Oh well it sounds pretty good then. I might give it a go- do you know if you can take it together with Agnus castus?
I am having a blood test on Tues and waiting for my internal scan appointment to come through. Did you have a scan to diagnose you?
My mum and aunt have pcos so I always suspected just didn't think about it till I stopped the pill.
Hope your gyno appointment comes through soon hun, it's rubbish having long cycles isn't it xxxx

Its really rubbish having long cycles!! Gonna jot down every detail of this cycle tho!! Not sure if you can take it with ac to be honest. try googling it chick.

Yes i had internal. the nurse was lovely and really put me at ease. I had the scans before my blood tests tho. Blood tests showed my testosterone levels were raised but everything else was normal. Ive just ordered more opks for this cycle!! x
