Stairs are not my friend!!!!!

This morning I fell down 6 stairs and bounced off the wall opposite and landed on my arris!!! I have carpet burns over my feet my lady garden is sore I've torn my nail off my big toe and my ego I severely bruised!!!!!! Xxx

I got a bollocking of my husband for going to quick lol made me an app at the drs I got told off by them for not going sooner and have now been diagnosed with spd as well so now I need a support belt to help me move about and while I was there the ******* conned me into having my flu jab!!!! Thought I'd got away with it this year lmao I'm fine though just my ego is dented lol xxx

oooo... sounds painful. I fell on one step yesterday and grazed my knee, pregnancy hormones made me feel it was the end of the world. Lol
