Hows the best way to teach her to spoon feed her self, at the moment i am putting food on the spoon for her and she is finding her mouth pretty well but wont spoon it up herself, am i doing ok?
Thats fine Mel. I used to guide the spoon to arianna's plate and then up to her mouth (all while she held the spoon too) and praise her with clapping hands and saying well done when she put it in her mouth.
great thanks, i try to help her hold the spoon to get the food but she just lets go for me to do it lol Lazy madame, trying to go for baby led weaning, alot of what she eats is handheld so shes doing well
