Spinal Block

Had a complicated labour.. in the end ended up with around 4 failed epidurals.. 4 failed spinal blocks.. then the 5th one finally worked.

As you can imagine my back was black and blue.

Havn't had many problems after, but now and again when I bend over I can feel a 'snapping' in my back.. its sudden every time.. only a few times I can say 'ow' that hurt. usually its just a very strange feeling, it happens so quickly theres barely time to react.

anyone else had this? Its so weird!.. not a nice feeling at all either. Probably get it 1 in 20 times I bend over

Hey chick, didn't have as much pain relief as but I had a spinal block as I had to have an emergency c section, and I get that feeling sometimes. Maybe three or four times a day, although I had it only 5 weeks ago it still kills and it feels like I literally can't walk for about five minutes.

I feel your pain hun doctors just basically said take paracetamol, if not we will refer you to physiotherapy which might help you xxx

Thank you. Its so strange!.. Will just put up with it for now then. Ill go further if it becomes a problem =) x
