Has anyone done that slimmer waist for summer thing? Thinking of giving it a go just to kick start me again. If I see the weight come off I'll be more likely to continue eating right after the 2 wks are up.
Just been on the website and it sayd to have 45g of special k with 125ml of skimmed milk for brekkie & dinner then a healthy tea. You can snack on fruit or special k bars inbetween too.
What do you reckon? Think I'll try it.
