Thought I'd try the special K drop a jeans size in 2 weeks challenge thingymijig. I calculated my BMI...10 stone and 5ft 2in...my BMI is 26, one point over the 25 you need to do the challenge. Well what a rip off! It recommends diferent cereals everyday and diferent snack bars everyday, its just a marketing ploy to make you buy shed loads of their stuff!!
I'm going to eat it twice a day and see what happens anyway. I'm not getting a diferent one everyday and I'm not snacking atall. (apart from the big mac meal I just ate)
