hey melio!!! Congratulations!!!! melio ur birth story sounds alot like mine in parts. i had a forceps delivery 2 but didnt end up in c-section. and i totally know how u feel about keeping still 4 the epidural!! when i had mine my pethadine has worn off i was fully dilated and having the most painful pressure down there ever. keepimg still was the hardest thing ive ever had 2 do.couldnt even feel the needle
