Sorry Sorry Sorry - I am probably being neurotic...again!

Hi All

After seeing and having the good news that all is well so far, I have now started obsessing about age of pregnancy. You see the first day of my last period was 01/01/09 (how could I forget!) and I have a 23 day cycle! The thing is, that when I had my scan yesterday she said I was 6 weeks....that is a week out??? Is this possible??? I know I must have fallen during my period because that was the only time other than the end of January that I had sex!!

Sorry to be so graffic!!

I hope someone can put my mind as rest!!

You couldn't have actually conceived during your period even if that's when you last had sex; you must have just ovulated really quickly and the hardy little sperm were still hanging around! Don't worry about dates at the mo anyway hon, it's very early for them to date by size, it'll probably change again and they often end up giving you dates that are physically impossible anyway. Since there's a five-week window for a "normal" birth it doesnt' really make that much difference anyway, just go with the flow!
