Getting a bit neurotic again....!

Our scan is a wek on tuesday and the closer it gets the more neurotic I am becoming - am becoming convinced that we'll have the scan and there will be something wrong.

Doesn't help that I've felt much better the last few days sickness wise, albeit really tired.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who is going totally mental?

no of course you are not the only one, I was convinced I wasn't pregnant until I had the scan, now I feel excited

of course you are not alone bb! This time around i am sooooo paranoid that when i go for my scan something will be wrong, i also feel much better, im stil a ratty cow though oh and lazy! I had an early scan with DS at 7 weeks so knew there was actualy a baby in there etc.. it doesnt help that my OH helpfully said (when i was comlpaining about being hugly fat and bloated and that it couldnt be the baby as its so small) are you sure you are pregnant? Men

I know that we are supposed to start feeling better around now but that doesnt help does it!

Your feel great once your scans here, you get to see the lil bubba thats been making you feel sick all these weeks
I didn't believe i was really pregnant (even with all the symtoms) until i SAW my baby....i thought i'd go to the scan and there'd be no baby in there (idiot i am)....and soon, your be in tri 2 with all us other girlies

We're definitely all the same hon, I was petrified when I went to my scan! I swear my heart skipped a beat when she started scanning until the pic came up on the screen! I was SO scared they were going to say I was imagining it or it was all over. But honestly once you see your baby and they tell you it's all fine you feel so much better. Still worried, obviously, and I think we will be till they're born (well, and for the rest of our lives, obviously!) but much much more confident. So just hang in there, take one day at a time, and the scan'll be here before you know it.

Not long to wait now at least!

When we went for the scan at about 6 weeks, I closed my eyes til she started saying she could see things

I suppose i shoule be really excited but i'm actually petrified in case some thing is wrong

I've been terrified before both of my scans hun. And the 20th February just seems too far away to wait and check if he's ok lol.
