Well, I'm mad about this, but you all need to know. 
Yesterday someone contacted me from another forum, saying that they had exposed someone posting fake pictures of themselves (and their baby bump)
They banned the member, then did some digging and the pictures brought them back to this forum.
They contacted one of the people who's picture was stolen, it was babylicious. One other person that we know of had a picture used too, I am going to pm them now
We did some more digging on this person and found them posting on other forums, with drastically varying information each time. I swapped ips with one to check and it showed that it was the same person.
I pmed the member in question with the links to the stolen pictures, and asked them for an explanation. I have given them 24 hours to read/respond and they haven't, and in all honesty I want them gone, so now I have banned them.
It was Sally+baby.
I don't know what else to say really, this kind of thing really isn't that common, we have just had some bad luck it seems.
