Does crying alot hurt the baby?
Me and my ex split up just under 2 weeks ago, and the past few days Iv been feeling really down about it and have been crying quite a bit in the evenings.
After a good sleep i feel ok but then I worry that all the crying and feeling down is not doing bump any good?
Thanks, Lilly.

Ithink crying is ok, but you want to keep your stress levels
down. So do your best to relax and take deep breaths... Happy
mummy means happy baby! :)

Sorry to hear that Lily - Hope you feel a bit happier soon Hun, you can do it on you own too X

Aww *hugs*, sorry to hear this hun. You've gotta cry to let it out though :)
Have you told your midwife all that's going on?

Hi hon, so sorry to read this - baby will be fine but might be worth a chat with midwife to let her know what's going on so that she can keep an eye on u - u look after urself hon x x x

Sorry to hear that bubs will be fine x like the others said get checked out by midwife and keep her up to speed x

aw youre having a rough time of it arent you sweetie. like the others have said, its more stress levels that need to be kept to a minimum. hope youre ok :hugs: x

Yeah i agree a good cry can make you feel a bit better sometimes but if you are really down and stressed/depressed it might be better finding someone to talk with like your midwife or a good friend who will be there for you if you need them. Your midwife would probably like to know about this so she can keep a better eye on you and a lot of midwifes are good for getting stuff off your chest too. I have a right old moan to mine when somethings bothering me and it helps!
So sorry to hear this hun, hope your doing ok x
