I'm only 5 weeks but I feel at least 12! My stomach is so bloated - do you think this has anything to do with getting pregnant quite quickly again after a previous pregnancy (which ended in miscarriage)...?

I don't think it has anything to do with it although i'm no medic. I was very bloated but no recent m/c (only one 7 years ago)

hope you feel better soon x x x

I'm 5 and a half weeks and sooooo bloated too!! Have had to go and buy bigger trousers! Try and stay clear of too much bread, fizzy drinks and beans! - eases it a bit, and drink lots of water.

    hello

from what i've read, the bloating is caused by increased hormone levels. i too am suffering badly. started about 5wks and is ongoing

i try to avoid fizzy juice and bread, because they dont help me at the best of times. Hope you feel better soon, it can be sooooo uncomfortable can't it?

I suffered really bad bloating and constipation during first tri. I have to be honest and say I was miserable with it as I was also neasueous 24/7. I went to see my GP who gave me some Lactulose which made life a bit better all round.

I seemed to expand everywhere but it defo wasn't baby bump, thats only really starting to show now at 18 weeks.
