Well to be honest if the line has the same colour as the control line in it I would take it as a positive. But if it is colourless it is an evap line. What colour is it?

I did exactly this - didn't wait long enough - and mine was BFP.......

I agree, from what I understand about evap lines they are normally not the same colour as the control line.

Are you sure you don't have some coppers somewhere you could scrape together to buy another test...?

I tried to get a pic but the plastic case gave off glare and the lines too faint to show through the glare!

Can you not CAREFULLY take the test apart and then take a pic?

Do you think you would have lasted to the 17th to test again?

Purple is good, yes evap lines are clear!! My first positive was such a faint blue line I found it almost impossible to be sure what I was seeing wasn't in my head! Also you have good temps and what looks like a implantation dip. Do you have any opk's? They would pick up a positive pregnancy too. Not perfect as the lUthenising hormone is always there in small doses but it would be interesting to see if you got a good line on one while we are waiting for a preggers test to arrive!
