Anyone eles having money trouble as regarding the social?..Had to change mind due to other half has started a claim and even my child benfit has stopped and wont be started for enough 12weeks so no money and we have a four month old so how does that work..*******s they are...Tryed ringing the crisis loan and everytime they kept passing me to number to number..Im so stressed i can end up seeing myself snapping at someone.

I'd say somethings not right there - im not 100% how it works as i've never claimed benefits through DWP - but I get child benefit...does that not come from the inland revenue (hmrc)? I'm sure mines does. I can understand your OH's claim effecting your money, but I dont get what that has to do with hmrc changing your child benefit.

I would try hmrc then try and get an appointment at citizens advice. They cant leave you without anything.

Hi hun not 100% sure bout the rest but do know they shouldnt have stopped your child benefit!
