The past few days, I have had the worst pain, right down ills, front of pubic done area. I can barely walk. I'm of in pain when sitting but when I stand to walk its horrific.

I'll be 37 weeks on Saturday, this is baby number 5. Have never had this pain before and have never gone in to labour on my own either ( my babies don't want to come out)

Has anyone else had this and is it a good sign?

It's bloody agony

Yep so like SPD. I was at the Physio with this yesterday. Didn't have it last pregnancy either.
Ask your GP to refer you. I was really lucky I got an app really quickly but she said with me being so far there wasn't much she could do but that hopefully when baby is born it'll go!
I find at night in bed when turning I'm very sore or if I have sat or stood for a long period of time?! Xx

I have that too Tmum! I turn over in bed and I can feel the two parts of my pubic bone clunk past each other. Vile!

I think it's something to do with the muscles being too loose and then seizimg up? Don't know where I heard this though and could be totally wrong!

The Physio didnt really say yesterday. She did say that they don't know why some get it and some dont. She said that it is more common in 2nd, 3rd pregnancies but that woman can get it in their 1st pregnancy. She gave me exercises to do using my ball. She also gave me tubi grip that I had on yesterday but found it very sore and itchy. Mum pointed out that it was probably Uncomfortable because it was holding everything in the right place but I wasn't brave enough to wear it today haha! Xx
