How awful, why do some people (let alone men) feel the need to be like that, they're not content with just taking peoples things but have to beat them up even though they've got them with out a fight.

That's awful! I can't believe the witness made an incorrect statement like that, unless they were also shocked (or just can't tell their left from their right). I do hope that somebody comes forward who can give solid enough evidence such that they can be caught, charged and brought to trial.
