My poor poor OH. He had to ask me twice last night to stop snoring. I even remeber thinking in my sleep whats that noise? Only to realise its me snoring

Im so embarrased. I have also noticed that my sinuses are blocked alot too. There are so many things in pregnancy you never hear about until you are there.

Tell me about it my romantic notion of what pregnancy is and involves went flying out the window months ago!! I've not been told I snore yet but DH did say I was talking in my sleep last week  I hope it was nothing bad but he said he could only make out muttering....more likely I was doing my usual pushing his pillows away from mine telling him to stop snoring!! :rotfl:

hi hun, get some breathe right nasal strips. They work wonders and really help you to breathe properly when u r a bit blocked up.

Oh I must try them I'm a terrible mutterer and snorer at the best of times and 10 times worse since I've been pregnant I regularly get a shove cos I've kept poor DH awake half the night.

I had a bad cold over Christmas and I snored like an old man.. we went on a long car journey with my DH's sister and boyfriend and I fell asleep and snored the whole way, I was so embarrased when I woke up. They still take the mick out of me now!!

The nasal strips are great for snoring. My husband was oly allowed back into our bed when he had a cold provided he wore them, and they did work.

Hi

I dont know if i snore Bernie dont really wake up to noise. I know i have bad sinus troubles though. On the other hand Bernie has just recently started to snore ive found myself half asleep smacking him or pinching his nose till he stops :)
