smoking or drinking

I feel for you ladies i really do..

I found out i was pregnant at 6 weeks and prob for a month before i found out i was out drinking and smoking heavily.
However when i got my bfp after the shock had died down i cut down and eventually quit so i was about 7 weeks then and all the alcohol i had went in the bin.
Good luck to all those trying to quit, you can do it, the baby was an incentive for me xxx
