was just wondering how old ur LO were when they first smiled?? really cant remember how old jake was as he is 10 now and im sure harry was about 5 weeks old when he smiled Alfie is 4 weeks today and although i want him to stay as tiny and baby like forever i cant help wonder when he will start to smile at me xxx

We got our first smile at 4 weeks...but wasn't constant.

Think it was between 4 and 6 weeks but it was a half smile

They started at 5 weeks but now at 6 they're quite regular

6 weeks on and off and then they just continued to more and more. He's. 5 months now and is always smiley

i will be truely honest with yoy, destiny was about a week and a half old when she started smiling. our hv and a child carer for ss said about it. we thought it was just wind but they both said no.

now at 5 weeks she smiles loads and its great
