My gosh im really sweting just done 20 mins of taebo again, done it for 4 days solid now woo, not getting bored yet either so thats great. What sort of excersise do you do to get fit??
i do the nell mcandrew ultimate challenge dvd for about an hour a day then in the evenings i do weights and sit ups and use my gym ball, but i wanna join the gym soon.
kim walking is really good excercise as it doesnt tire you out as much so you can do more of it!
At the minute I do 25 -28 mins on my cross trainer and walk 45 - 55 mins most days with the pram - but I have done this walk most days since he was 12 days old and it hasnt made much difference - I must be walking too slow

most weeks I try to go to a bums and tums class and I usually run about like a blue arsed fly for most of the day. But alas, i screw it all up at night with my friend mr blossom hill.
