Anyone else feel like this? I feel like I'm not getting anywhere fast, and it's not down to lo - she'll eat anything I give her - but it's down to me getting my act together

I've had to get her taking bottles and onto formula before I go back to work, and we've done that so that's a success I suppose but she's nearly 7 months old and still only having breakfast and a little taster of something at lunchtime

I'm paranoid about choking so want to get her on 3 pureed meals a day first, but even that takes time as I like to introduce a new food individually in case of allergies. I know - I'm a fruitcake!

Anyone else like this? Any tips to get me moving?

Hi hun! Great u got her onto bottles ok- well done!
As for weaning I just want to say don't worry! Milk is main source of nutrition for 12 months so u have lots of time to get her on more food!.....I did more blw than tw so not sure I can offer too much advice but Mayb just stick with the same breakfast, introduce a new food at lunch, do that for a week or so then add a new food for dinner? Then after 3 days change breakfast, keep to that for 3 days, then change lunch, keep to that for 3 days, then change dinner etc! (Hope that makes sense?) Soon enough she'll b on allsorts! I think don't worry too much as long as her weight is doing fine xxx

Hello! Thanks so much! I'll give that a go! Yep, she's totally off of me in the day now which is great - she wasn't keen for ages and then one day (after a week off) she took 6 oz just like that!

Well, think I'll stick to porridge at breakfast and try some chicken at lunch next x

Hey, my health visitor said that unless there is a history of allergies in the family, it's ok to introduce new foods every day. Hope this helps, I'm so with you on being worried about choking!
