Slimming World

Donna I've never been able to drink fruit juices without getting heartburn. Even cocktails I can only ever have one if they're fruit based. Try cutting that first & hopefully you can still eat all your fave meals.

Today has been ok for me.

B - sw quiche with veggie sausages & melon
L - ham & cheese wm roll with e.l salad cream, bag of popcorn & a banana
D - mayflower veggie curry & jacket potato

Picked at a few jelly sweet from mothers bag at the cinema. Still got 10 syns to play with tonight.
This is the best day I've had in a while.

Are all fruit juices off limits for you or just citrus ones? It'd be nice if I could still drink some as I get fed up of pop and water all the time.
 
I swear food tastes better when pregnant ��

Just had creamy cajun chicken and it was amazing
 
Donna I avoid all fruit juices, the worst for me is apple and the tropical kind of ones. if hubby buys it he buys orange which I sometimes have a mouthful of but anymore than that and I'll be suffering.

Chase I'm going to have to try that creamy Cajun chicken. Sounds delicious!
 
How's everyone getting on today. I've been busy so not had time to think about food, just sitting down to lunch.. A massive chicken salad a a few chips with salad cream! Nom nom
 
Oh salad cream is my fave chase!

I've spent the day t my mums with my nieces and newphews it's been so lovely. Food wise not so great.

B - sw waffle, berries & yogurt
L - picked at my mums so 1 slice white crusty bread with anchor butter, some cocktail sausages, a mini sausage roll, some skips, a piece of chocolate, an apple
D - (now that I'm home!) salad & sw veggie sausage quiche with some grated cheese

So 2 of 3 meals on plan.

Oh, I also had the tiniest bit of fruit cider.
My mum and SIL were talking about pregnancies and asking me if I've thought about having another then they cracked open the ciders and so to not make them think anything I had some. Then told tthem I can't have anymore as I'm driving!
 
I had an okish day

B: egg and toast
L: chicken Salad, chips and salad cream
D: steak pie with the tiniest but if pastry, smash and beans. Followed by meringue and cream and strawberries

Not a disaster but not 100%on lplan either
 
Just made some toast and dairylea... Still hungry!

Dinner at mils wasn't nice at all which is why I had the meringue
 
Ah that's disappointing. Poe always sounds lush. Meringues are a good sw low syn dessert too. Xx

So today I had shreddies for breakfast, egg bap for lunch and sw carbonara for tea - I did have one 2 syns ginger biscuit, apple and half a tin of prunes in between.


The bap was I suppose the only really off plan thing and the fact that I haven't had much fruit and veg today

I've woken up starving hungry this morning but everything I think of eating (other than white toast and butter) is really unappealing so I'm holding off.... Too early to be making egg and toast #beenawakefortwohours
 
Too early for me to be motivated enough to cook, I'm starting to consider it though :rotfl:
 
I agree never too early, love eggs.


Well I made myself some shreddies with nuts and raisins for a change, then opened the fridge for milk and realised yesterday I had made myself some overnight oats. So I have had them and will have the shreddies either for lunch or tomorrows breakfast.


I've also got some avocado in but don't have any bread for toast so not sure what I'll have it with haha (I know it's quite high in syns on slimming world but I've decided while pregnant I'm going to let myself have some of the healthier treats on slimming world more than I would when I was just doing slimming world.) As long as I don't start gaining loads of weight I'll be happy - might change my mind when we get back from holiday depending on how much I gain.
 
I like to make breakfasts in advance so I've always got 3 days of breakfasts in th fridge. So good for these times when you just can't be bothered.

I always make sw waffles and egg wraps that I can just pull out of the fridge and reheat in the microwave.

The waffles I make with 49g oats, 1egg & a toffee muller light. Mix it all together and bake in a waffle mould in the oven for 30mins. I make 3 at a time as I've got 3 moulds.

The egg wraps I whisk up 2 eggs, pour it into a pan on a low heat sprayed with frylute and let it cook through. I make a few of these too and keep them in the fridge then reheat them, fill with meat etc and roll like a wrap.

Sometimes I cook off veggie sausages and have them in there too. Xx
 
I dont like omelettey things despite living eggs.. I really wish I did but the texture gives me the heebies and makes me gag!

My egg on toast went down well!
