Slightly peeved tbh...

Had a doctors appointment today and to say the least he was useless... I went to see him about 3 things...

-Hip discomfort/pain when I move or walk about. - He told me it might be SPD but it might not and to talk to the triage midwife's when I go for my anti-D next week...
-My mental health. - Apparently because the mental health midwife referred me to the psychiatric team she's the one I need to speak to... Only problem there is it takes like 2 months to get an appointment!
-And the tablets another doctor prescribed me. - They're anti-histamines for itching but have been making me really ill with stomach cramps, light headed-ness and making me sleep all the time... And he just said that because I'm pregnant it's to be expected...

I honestly felt like ARGH!!

OH cheered me up when we got in though... I went back to the living room after getting a sandwich and Pepsi (one of our cats) was running around with a nappy on with his tail poked through a little hole OH had made.

lol heppi topmarks to your bloke - thats sooooo funny!

At christmas I tend to go a bit mad with decorations. I had spotted this massive reindeer and decided I was gonna head out to buy him. I rang hubby from shop to say that it was gone! and I was gutted. Hubby called me later that day to tell me he had a surprise for me. When I got home he had put an xmas jumper, antlers and a big red nose on our dog! I was so chuffed!

Your doc would drive me mad too by the way x

You could see a different doc - I try and see my favourite one all the time but I get random ones sometimes.

Your OH sounds ace, hang on to him xxx

And if ive learnt anything this pregnancy its that sometimes you have to kick up a bit of a fuss to be taken seriously hun, id speak to another doctor if you feel like youre not getting anywhere x

Yeah i learnt that as well, you have to make a fuss and keep at them otherwise they just ignore you and fob you off with some crap excuse.
