Sitting up

What age was your lo when they started to sit up from laying down on their own? Leif still cant as much as he tries to.

Average is about 8 months hun

Aimee and Nathan were about 7 months when they could 1st sit up on the own but they didn't do it from lying till about 9 months.

Hannah seems close, but not there yet. i suspect maybe in a month or so she'll be able to do it.

she hasn't mastered that yet

Isaac's been sitting up un-aided for a long time but he cannot go from lying down, no matter how red his face gets when trying

Libby started bein able to move rom lying to sitting up at about 7 1/2 months

oran started doing this a few weeks ago so about 8 months - its not good as he does it in his sleep, then cried cause he is asleep sat up lmao

Charlie was 5 months when he could sit unaided but took until 8 months before he could sit up from lying down. Takes some time to master that one!
