Hey ladies!

I'm nearly 6 weeks pregnant and feeling sick all day long but never actually be sick!

Need tips to help stop feeling like this? I have a 16 month old and its putting a downer on our days as I could lay in bed forever :(

Hope you girls are okay ox

It's a case of trial and error to find something that works for you but this is what people advised me to try :

* Ice Lollies
* Ice cubes
* Water
* Sugary drinks (Ribena worked for me)
* Crackers/Dry Biscuits (ate these laying in bed before I got up)
* Milk
* Ginger - chew on actually root
* Ginger & Lemon Tea
* Ginger sweets
* Mints or gum (worked for me to stop the taste in my mouth)
* Salt & Vinegar crisps (worked for me also)
* Dry Toast as soon as you wake up
* Sucking on Dry Ryvita
* Preggo Pops - available from the Pharmacy
* Lemons
* Flat coke or Dr Pepper
* Sucking sweets (cherry drops I used)

I can't think of much else but hope it helps xx

Apparently anti- nausea bands work well, I'm about to buy some myself!

I used ginger ale. But after a while anything I tried just made me associate that thing with sick and I had to swap to something else. So have a few things lined up to try! ;)

Oddly enough the less you drink or eat the worse youll feel
Little and often
Whatever takes your fancy - go for it, just do what needs must to see you through x

Salt and vinegar crisps are the only thing I can stomach at the moment and with my last pregnancy I tried EVERYTHING and the only thing that got me through the day was sherbet lemons. Hope you feel better soon xx

ginger tea worked for me for a little while, Ive kinda gone off it a little now though.
I find fruit mentos to be the best for me right now, although who knows when they will stop working too!
