Okay, not sure how to describe this without sounding gross so ill apologize now!

Just went to the loo, been getting crmping period pains again just for a change! I felt like I needed to go right then, so I ran pretty quick! But behind happened just a small wee! When I wiped I checked the tissue just to make sure, and there was a clear/white thing there! Looked like I'd blown my nose it wasn't loads though and there was no blood, does it sound like it could be it? I had something like this last week but it had blood in it? Very confused!x

as far as I am aware for it to be your 'show' it has to have blood in it but it could be your plug coming away which can come in parts x

It sounds like bits of ur plug which is normal, and can grow back aswell if ur body isnt ready for labour
