My flat's a shed by the way so won't be posting any pics, hoping to move if the council ever offer us something that's more than a 1bed

Jennywren, we have had ours on market since feb and havent had a single viewing Its realistically proced for a quick sale-we have found a house and had our offer of interest accepted on it. We have picked the worst time in the last 10 years to sell

Yup its not to cracking to sell now. Unfortunatly even if realistically priced people are ''scared'' by the media and untill they stop harping on people wont jump back in. Plus its all down to FTB, they cant get on the ladder at the moment as alot of lenders are only doing 75% LTV ones who are doing higher have very strict lending critera, and without FTB buying no one can sell so cant trade up!!! Nightmare!!!!

No we can afford a house as nice as this in Darlington Only 10 minutes away though in Aycliffe so not far, all my family are in Darlington so I wouldn't move far
