Should I get a changing unit?

i find mine brilliant,,,,i wouldn't go spending loads on one cos as you said, you can't use em for too long! but mine was from ikea and only about £15 its useful for stocking things on the bottom shelf and you can move the changing mat and put your baby bath on there for bathing baby rather than bending over your bath like you have to with the ones that fit on an adult bath!!

thanks for your replies ladies. We decided to comprimise. We found this cot top changer in mothercare for £20

Its really lovely and the pattern goes with a lot of the other things we have bought. You cant see the pattern very well but its got butterflies on
