Sharp pains in right ovary

All the way through my pregnancy I have experienced sharp pains in my right ovary, occassionally it has been what feels like stretching ligaments pains when I stand up, but sometimes it is stabbing sharp pains when I am sat or lying down. It was so bad in the first 12 weeks that I ended up in EPU at around 6/7 weeks as I was worried it was ectopic.

Has anyone had any issues like this? x

Could it be a cyst??

I had it at 9 weeks when I went to A&E with pains & because I had previous ectopic they scanned me to tell me I have PCOS hence the pain xx

I do have pcos, it maybe could be a larger cyst causing a prob or one that has developed with pregnancy?
