Sharp pains down below...???

Hi girls

Right today I've been gettin short sharp pains down below I suppose cervix area, then had some bad period type pains in lower back. The period pains have now gone but the short sharp pains I'm still getting.

Any ideas what it could be could it possibly just be My lil mans head engaging???

hiya, alot of us have been getting it too its the baby moving down and getting into position.

if the pains become regular and get stronger then call your midwife

hey yep ive had the pains too not so much now as my baby's head is right down but yea i think it is just where the babys head is engaging so its good news although its uncomfortable x

Since 2 days I just started to have them too, often the morning... This make me realise than the labour might not be far away ...

Oh I no it's so exciting now though & these pains just making it so much more real reality is hitting home now it's almost time for labour xx

Yh bubbas head has been down on my pelvis since at Least wk 28 so yh I think your right he's just goin bit further gettin comfy before he makes an appearance! U could be any day now bet you can't wait xx
