sharp pains and braxton hicks?

Does anyone else agree that the pains are quite sharp which makes me think how are you meant to be able to tell the diference between these and braxton hicks?

i had this the other night, not sure if i dreampt it or if it was really happening, im sure it was lol

really sharp pains all round my tummy wasnt very nice, and i just breathed through them and it was alright. havent had it since.
